About

Lexey Sheridan has been an artist since they were a young child.

At a young age, they started to receive awards for their art

including several Scholastics Art and Writing awards for art,

photography, and poetry. However, Lexey's gift wasn't the only thing present as a child. Their creativity was accompanied by serval mental health conditions that affected their life as well as their art. Lexey was diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and within a few years Bipolar  which was quickly followed by a diagnosis of Dissociative Identity

Disorder and a late diagnosis of being on the Autism Spectrum.

Lexey experienced much stigma, hardship, and shame

over her mental health issues and often hid their conditions even

though at times it felt impossible. Lexey and their system heavily

expressed their trauma, pain, and feelings through art and poetry.

As they grew as an artist receiving more accolades for her art

and poetry so did a heavy interest in psychiatry,

human rights activism, philosophy, and spirituality.

Ameet openly talks about their mental health conditions and experiences. They successfully secured several life coaching certificates, became a NAMI support group facilitator and have made their way into dance.

Lexey while praivate about their system is very proud of them and lets them express themselves freely and sell their own artwork.

Hence the name The House Of Fragments.

Each alter expresses themselves with different styles of art,

crafts, and many other ways.

" We all work together as a team and are extremely happy

to work hard together to bring something amazing to others. "
